- The FT200XD is a USB to I2C interface with the following advanced features:
- Single chip USB to I2C interface.
- Up to 3.4 MHz, high speed mode, I2C compliant.
- All USB protocol is handled on the chip, no USB specific firmware programming required.
- Fully integrated 2048-byte multi-time memory storage device (MTP) descriptors and CBUS I / O configuration
- Fully integrated clock generation without the need for external crystal and optional clock output selection allowing a glue-free interface for external MCU or FPGA
- 512-byte receive buffer and 512-byte transmit buffer
- USB power configuration, bus-powered, self-powered, and bus-powered with power switching
- Integrated + 3.3V level converter for USB I / O
- True 3.3 VCMOS drive output and TTL input, runs up to 1 V8 with external pull-ups, 5V input tolerance.
- Configurable I / O pin output power, 4 mA (min) and 16 mA (maximum).
- Integrated ignition and reset circuit.
- Fully integrated AVCC supply filtering, no external filtering required.
- +5 V single supply operation
